Shipping and returns

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day and are typically delivered the next day if paid via Ideal or Paypal. Bank transfers usually take 3 business days.

Processing your order

Once you have placed and paid for your order, it will be processed immediately in our warehouse. We cannot cancel your order for shipping at that point. If you are unsure about which product you need or the quantity you want to order, please contact us before placing your order. This will prevent delays in the ordering process and save you return costs.

Shipped the same day

Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your payment. Once the package is registered with DPD, you will receive an email from DPD with a tracking code, allowing you to track the package. You can also select a delivery date and time or give permission to leave the package in a designated location. Packages can also be picked up at any DPD pickup point, which can be specified in the email they send after the package is registered.

Please note that with ‘leave permission,’ we cannot take any action if the package is not delivered.

Pallet shipments within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 5 business days. For larger shipments to foreign countries, you can contact us for more information.
