The love and empathy for the horse quickly brought Grand Prix rider Bastiaan de Recht on the path of riding with harmony and thoughtfulness, based on knowledge and insight. In 2005 Bastiaan obtained his title 'Maestro' in classical riding. He trained with Richard Hinrichs, Marcus Nowotony (SRS), Florian Bacher (SRS), Tineke Bartels and Laurens van Lieren, among others.
A real specialist
In addition to his Maestro diploma, Bastiaan also obtained the ORUN diploma Instructor Competition Dressage Level 4 and he is a specialist in working in hand. He rides both baroque horses and sport horses in the highest classes of competitive sports. Bastiaan currently brings out several horses in the Grand Prix.
De Recht Dressage Center was founded by riding master, rehabilitation trainer and Grand Prix rider Bastiaan de Recht & Certified Veterinarian and Chiropractor Amber Koppen. Their knowledge is based on the latest insights from biomechanics and on years of experience with thousands of 'problem horses', with both physical and behavioral problems.
