Shipment information

Orders placed before 14.00pm on working days will be processed the same day and usually delivered the next day when payment was made via Ideal, Paypal etc. In the case of bank transfers this usually takes 3 days.

Shipment

FAfter receiving payment, your order will be delivered within 2 working days. A track & trace code will be given in your order overview in your account, so you can keep track of your order. You can select a delivery date and time slot, or give your permission to leave it on your doorstep. Be aware that in the latter case we will not be able to help you if the package was not delivered. Packages may also be collected from DPD service points, this option can be selected in the email you receive from DPD after shipment.

Shipping costs

For domestic shipping inside the Netherlands we charge €5,95 shipping cost per 21kg (3 bags). In Belgium and Germany this is €6,95. Shipments over €85 are shipped free of charge inside the Netherlands. In Belgium and Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €90.

Outside of the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany

Shipments to Denmark, France, Hungary, Latvia, Luxemburg, Austria, Poland and Czech Republic are subject to shipping costs of €9,95 per 21kg (3 bags).

Shipments to Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, UK and Sweden are subject to shipping costs of €12,50 per 21kg (3 bags).

Shipments to Finland and Lithuania are subject to shipping costs of €18,95 per 21kg (3 bags).

For shipments outside of Europe, larger shipments or other European countries not mentioned, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after reception without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your products to us in their sealed bags. You will receive a complete refund including shipping costs. You will only carry the costs of the return shipment from your home to our warehouse. For exact rates, please check your shipping company’s website.

To use your right of withdrawal, please send us an e-mail at info@equilin.eu, confirming the return shipment and your bank details. We will then refund the given amount within 14 days of receiving your return email if the product was returned and received in good order.

Complaints

We urge you to voice any complaints to us first, by sending an e-mail to info@equilin.eu. If we are unable to resolve the issue, it is possible to submit your complaint to Stichting WebwinkelKeur for mediation. Since 15 February 2016, all EU consumers can also register complaints with the European Committee’s ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not been in processing anywhere else, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
