EquilinCOMFORT horse nutrition for healthy intestinal flora 6,3kg (ENG)

EquilinCOMFORT is a BASIC which, in addition to stimulating a healthy intestinal flora, also protects the stomach, boosts gastric function and improves relaxation.

BASIC’s main ingredients are: magnesium, vitamine E, MSM, vegetable omega 3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), essential amino acids, pre- and probiotics and mycotoxin binding agents. To this we added: licorice root, camomile and FOS (inulin)

COMFORT is a daily feed, combined with high-quality (preferably analysed) roughage (the horse should not be without roughage for more than 1 hour, using slowfeeders when necessary) and a complete vitamin- and mineral supplement (for instance EquilinBALANCER). Concentrates should be reduced to a minimum or stopped altogether. EquilinCOMFORT should be fed for a minimum of six weeks. Results will only be optimal when other stress stimuli are also removed. Due to the high build-up dose during the first 3 weeks, an average horse will need 2 bags for the first 6 weeks. After that, one bag per month should suffice for an adult horse. In stressful situations, you can increase to the build-up dose for several days.

The product is suitable to feed continuously, but a periodical stop of 7-10 days is recommended. Two days before any competition, you must stop giving EquilinCOMFORT for two days and feed EquilinBASIC instead. EquilinCOMFORT does not contain a complete vitamin- and mineral complex, so it can be fed alongside any other diet.

Dosage and ingredients COMFORT horse nutrition:

*Build-up dose during 3 weken. In times of stress or heavy work, dosage can be temporarily increased to the build-up dose for a period of a few days.

SIde effects: Licorice root may cause problems for animals with high blood pressure. Horses prone to kidney failure could suffer from high blood levels of magnesium. Always consult your equine veterinarian for a proper diagnosis.

Prevent co-administration of oral macrolides (a certain 3th choice antibiotics for foals).
